With two Danish and two Swedish chefs behind the pots, the menu is naturally reflected in the Nordic kitchen. The fresh ingredients used are always from Denmark or the North, for an example Gotland, which is always carefully prepared from the very scratch.

At Frederiks Have we put honor in our new and precise preperational methods, as well as there always being worked with developing new techniques. This entails a high standard quality in our menus, which are changed monthly.
